This is not news. We are all dealing with the Covid 19 Pandemic across the globe. Some would say it’s a new world we’re operating in, and just like everyone else, we are taking this virus seriously and making sure to keep our staff and clients safe. 

We have been deemed an essential business and we are keeping our promise to offer you the best in service. As an engrained business and functioning members of this community, we are dedicated to two things during these uncertain times. 1. We always want to make sure our staff can stay safe while also ensuring the care and time they need with their families. 2. We want to make sure we are still carrying out the promise we make to give quality customer service to our clients.

Steps to Keep Our Staff and Clients Healthy During the Pandemic 

So, to ensure these things are a priority, here are the steps we’ve taken. All exterior inquiries will run like business as usual, weather permitting. We will go on-site to check out the property for estimates. Once complete, we will provide a written estimate and talk with you via phone or email to discuss. This includes all painting, pressure washing, staining, etc. 

We’re going to change up our interior process just a bit. We will do estimates remotely. How does that work? Here’s a step-by-step outline:

  • We will request that you provide us with pictures from all 4 corners of the room that you would like to be painted.
  • We will also request a description of exactly what you want to be done: walls, trim, ceilings, closet, etc. Changing from color description to color description. And requests for a certain sheen on your paint. (If you’re not sure of the type of sheen you would like, don’t worry your estimator will discuss with you via phone. If you know what it is, go ahead and list it.)
  • We will be taking precautions to ensure a clean and healthy job site.
